1. Do you put the garment bag in your luggage? Do you check it seperately? Can I take it on the plane with me to ensure it doesn’t get lost? I have never flown a garment bag before and I don’t want any trouble at the airport..

   What type of garment bag are you referring to?

   For actual luggage style garment bags (ones that will fit a suit or two, some shirts, shoes, and a few other misc items) most people check them. Make sure you have a luggage tag on the bag.

   For garment bags that you get when you purchase a nice suit or dress (ones that are thin plastic and just zip up the center) most people carry them on as they don’t stand up to the luggage hold and being tossed around very well.

2. I bleached a white garment to get rid of stains when I accidentally threw in red panties into the washer. Now my garments are yellow. How do I make them white again?

   try soaking in vinegar and water and baking soda then wash cold water.

3. I have a garment that is all white with royal blue embroidery. It really needs to be laundered, and it would be easiest to machine wash it at home. The problem is that I’m scared the blue embroidery will fade and ruin the white garment. How can I machine wash this to prevent fading, but maximize the white color.
   I took it to a dry cleaners already, add the lady told me that dry cleaning would not work very well, that she would prefer to send it out for laundry service. The problem there is that it takes a week, and I need it washed ASAP.

   your gonna have to get it dry cleaned i think. it really isnt that expensive and plus you will have no worries.
