When you’re making a sandwich, especially for company, be certain to spread the mayonnaise evenly on both sides of bread, covering every square inche. Don’t just plop the mayo in the center because you are pressed for time. With it evenly spread, you ensure your sandwiches are deliciously flavorful with every bite!

Guessing how long food will take on the grill is nearly impossible. It is always good to use a meat thermometer to determine when your meat is properly cooked. Another tip is to close the lid on your grill if the meat you’re cooking is thicker than an inch and a half.
