Johnson Controls to Discuss Building a Sustainable AP Process Across Multiple Business Divisions With Multiple ERP Databases

Sreenadh Kundurthy of Johnson Controls will showcase strategies used to build a more sustainable Accounts Payable process. Kundurthy will explain how Johnson Controls global shared services organization tackled standardization issues presented by multiple business divisions in multiple industries using multiple ERP systems. This session will take place Tuesday, March 18 at 2:30 p.m. in North Hemisphere A-2.
A second Dolphin customer, which is a leading financial services provider, will discuss optimizing its accounts payable processes with limited purchasing integration. It will highlight optimizing accounts payable processes, managing more complex accounting entries from a spreadsheet and streamlining the approval, reminder, and escalation processes to deliver greater business improvement. This session will take place Wednesday, March 19 at 2:30 p.m. in North Hemisphere A-3.
Brian Shannon, Dolphins Principal Business Process Management Strategist, will also present at Financials 2014 on the topic of best practices to design and implement solutions that keep pace with evolving Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable trends on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in Northern Hemisphere IV. He will also participate in the popular Ask the Experts panel on Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. in the Exhibit Hall.
Prior to the conference kick-off, Dolphin will host its Accounts Payable User Group at the Swan & Dolphin on Monday, March 17 from 12:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. This customer-run user group will feature presentations from IMS Health, Bourns, Inc., and others discussing their processes and best practices.
